Yes, we are always informed with the information we need or have asked for. I have no problem speaking to Janine and she will always do her upmost to answer any questions or find the answer and get back to us. We are more than happy with the support our daughter gets. I believe Janine and other staff members do a fantastic job and if our daughter is happy, so are we. We thank you for supporting our daughter through this pandemic, it must be hard for you all.

I have to say I was very impressed with the standard of the information which was comprehensive and not only gave me the insight I needed in respect to the support and management that the individual requires but also demonstrated a very person-centred approach to supporting her. It is clear that Janine is very much on top of things.

I would like to say how fantastic the care team at Bamburgh House were in supporting **** through their rehabilitation process last time and feel that familiar trusted faces and those who understand their ways were key to supporting progression in their ability. I am not sure they would reach their full potential if in new surrounding with unfamiliar staff

Have been regularly visiting Bamburgh House. The care team are always welcoming and friendly. They are always aware of my appointments and my reason for visiting. The care team know **** well and how to get the best out of her. They have worked hard to support her rehab post fracture. I do not believe she could have progressed as well without this support

Visited individual today for direct work sessions. Very clean, friendly, and accessible. Private area and space to do the work we needed.

I am a tutor at ACL Clacton. I teach construction and have one of your learners in my class who is supported by one of your staff Steve. I would like to say thank you for the help and support he has given me and my other students in the last few months. I think it is important for the learners to see everybody getting involved and enjoying the lesson. Most of the other support staff for the other students do not join in or get involved in lessons. Entering the home I was greeted by staff. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. I was asked for appropriate checks for Covid. Home was in good, homely condition. Information required was ready for the meeting. Looking forward to returning for the DST. Thank you

I wanted to make time to give you some feedback about Janine, as it has been a pleasure working with her over the last year, supporting 2 adults.Janine is clearly passionate about the adults she supports and has been persistent in advocating for and with these adults. In my experience, Janine is also proactive in identifying potential difficulties and solutions before approaching for advice.I have been impressed with the quality of recordings which is kept and the importance which is put behind the adults Bamburgh House support having a meaningful and active life, something which is clearly spearheaded by Becky and Janine.Having said this, I always feel Janine is also honest about any limitations of her knowledge and will endeavour to expand her knowledge or ask for clarification from others.With regard to the vacant tenancy, I continue to be respectful of Janine’s professional judgement of compatibility and promote her decision making.Janine is clearly an asset to the team of staff you have, who on the whole I have been impressed with their proactive approach which advocates so well for the adults they support.

Bamburgh house staff are amazing. The company as a whole are helpful, friendly and welcoming. They have done an amazing job with our daughter, and I regularly tell other providers and professionals that they should be doing it like Bamburgh. The management are approachable and always willing to answer calls and find out information to our questions. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better company and staff team to care for our daughter.
